Role Description:   - Use machine learning/adaptive algorithms to develop predictive and prescriptive models in the area of Pricing and Revenue Management - Dynamic Pricing, Pricing Intelligence, Deal Optimization, Cross/Up sell recommendation engines, Revenue forecasting etc.  - Work closely with business team to analyze, understand and select inputs for model building   - Design experiments to test, validate, refine model outputs for different use cases and scenarios  - Work with the technology team to deploy models in production environment  - Research on innovative algorithms/methods to solve Pricing and Revenue management problems across industries  Must Have Skill-set:  - Proven track-record in Statistical modelling and machine learning algorithms & deploying models in production  - Extensive experience in Advanced regression and time series analysis -multivariate, logistics, decision trees etc.  - Experience in developing unsupervised and supervised machine learning algorithms like Clustering techniques - K Means, Hierarchical, Market Basket, NLP & Text Mining etc.  - Hands on Experience with R & Num-Py   - Passion for generating insights/patterns from data and a collaborative, result oriented mind-set  Good to Have Skill-set:  - Proficiency in data handling - ETL, SQL and NoSQL Databased like MongoDB  - Experience of Big data ecosystem - Hadoop/Spark, basic programming skills for web scraping and experience of working with non-structured data will be a plus  Qualifications: MSc/PhD or any other degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science or related discipline with sound technical experience
