Job Description :

1) Creating world class safety culture, spreading awareness to bottom level, safety induction to all & training program organizing, compliance to client observation, relevant compliance to regulations of client, inspection of site, machines, vehicles and report any lapse to concerned for immediate compliance.

2) Designing the Safety SOPs & Protocols or revamp the existing process

3) Near miss reporting, Mock-drills, Departmental MIS Reporting, identifying unsafe practices & counselling to improve awareness, ideal intention should be site safety up to mark, Documentation should meet various audit requirement pertaining to safety.

4) Sound exposure on Safety Compliances - HIRA, OSHA, Safety code, etc.

5) Represent like face of the organization. Exposure to sustainability and quality standards will be plus. Motivating workers in a continuous manner. Ensuring supervision of each site activity and work permits. Safety implementation should be both in letter and spirit.
