Safety Incharge - Plant

The position is for very large MNC plant in medak. Safety incharge would be resposible for Occupational health and safety of the plant employees and conduct HSC audits of the palnt thorughhh welle stablished norms of BBS.

What is BBS:-Beahvioural based safety model

- Should be HSC certified Working knowledge of Telgu is important.

- Without certificationn need not apply.

- Ex service man preferred if they are qualified inn HSC

Salary :-15 to 20 % upward appricationn from the current CTC

- Creating HSC Awareness and establish a working culture through BBS .

- Conducting Internal Safety Audits.

- Providing Induction Training for individuals.

- Identifying Unsafe & Hazardous process and taking preventive steps.

- Conducting Task based risk acessments

- Investigating all accidents and near misses.

- Inspecting material handing equipments.

- Conducting Safety training programes for workers.

- Evaluating safety measures.

- Establishing the safety standards.

- Reducing the number of accidents and near misses by conducting effective safety programmes

- Providing Induxtion and trianing progrmames for all the Individuals.
