Processes :

- Developing, creating, and constantly innovating processes and tools to ensure that continues to be the safest ride on the road.

Infrastructure :

- Identify and leverage tools to elevate the level of safety performance

Corrective and Preventive Actions :

- Encourage and build systems for Corrective and Preventive Actions preventing recurrence and minimising occurrence of unsafe incidents

- Analytics : Analysing incident responses, guiding interventions to continuously improve Safety.

Innovation :

- Designing innovative practices working with the teams (eg Product, Operations, Marketing, HR etc), with riders and driver partners

Independent Investigations :

- Assist with escalated issues, Investigate multiple sides of incident disputes, verifying facts and determining resolutions based on internal policies, Investigate suspicious activity and behaviour that could pose a risk

Risk Management :

- Deep dive into cases involving complex damages, potential fraud and/or brand risk Correspond with stakeholders to make informed decisions Interface with Senior Leaders, Legal, Security, Communications and Policy teams. Understanding behaviours that can lead to unsafe practices and recommend solutions
