1. As regional head of sales and business development, you will be responsible for working out the margins for various commodities across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) in Karnataka
2. You will have to constantly engage with various market stakeholders, devise and deploy promotional campaigns and monitor brand performance
3. Prepare monthly sales reports to keep track of the company's performance
4. Recruit, train and monitor promoters across various Modern Trade (MT) stores
5. Build the sales team across Karnataka and monitor the performance
6. You will coordinate with regional hub in Bengaluru to ensure timely dispatch and returns and to improve supply chain efficiency
