- The Role would need incumbent to be thorough in Recruitments, Manpower Planning and Budgeting and driving key HR Metrics.
- Ensure very strong support towards closures on Critical Mandates followed by strict adherence towards timelines.
- Key expertise in driving HR agendas - such as Comp and Ben Benchmarking, Annual PMS, Competency Mapping and Assessments, Learning and Developmental initiatives followed by HR Business Partnership.
- Must have strong understanding on HR Compliances and statutory norms.
- Must have the ability to drive the stakeholders on specific business mandates.
- Must be from tier 1 Management Institute (full time MBA Preferred) in Human resources.
