SAEL - Manager/Senior Manager - Legal

- Drafting, reviewing, vetting and rendering advice and directing on legal issues involving contracts.

- Reviewing and preparing general correspondence, notices, letters etc.

- Providing support to other in house departments on various regulatory compliance and with government authorities.

- Preparing MIS of ongoing Cases and Agreements.

- Assist in review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.

- Advisory to various business line / departments of the Company on various legal issues.

- Assist the Reporting Manager in various legal advisory work as may be assigned.

- Ability to communicate and articulate legal issues effectively with colleagues at all levels and across different jurisdictions.

- Strong drafting and legal analytical skills

- Ability to timely and appropriately identify risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.

- Ability to manage and control legal risks in a constructive manner.

- Preferably 5-7 years experience in renewable energy sector.
