JOB PROFILE: The Human Resources Corporate Head guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Should provide employee related high performance culture. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Manpower planning and induction; - Organizational planning and Structuring; - Bring about the cultural changes as and when required; - Development and administration of KRAs and Performance Management System; - Organization development; - Compliance to regulatory concerns; - Training and Development; - Policy Documentation and Deployment; - Employee relations; - Compensation and Benefits administration; - Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health (EHS), Women safety; - Formation and monitoring of various committees; - Employee counseling. - Establishing HRIS and MIS. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum fifteen years relevant experience in a similar position or in a senior level Leadership role in a reputed Organisation, In Human Resources Function. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Should be an MBA from a recognized and reputed University / Institute. A degree in law would be a preferable.
