1. To set training procedure for new recruited and existing security and fire personnel 2. Recruit security personnel for plants and offices 3. Daily reporting to management about security status and incidents at plants 4. To visit all plants / facilities for observation of current status and improvement on actions planned during visits. 5. To standardize Security, Fire-Safety processes as per standards prescribed by the concerned local statutory authorities for SAEL group companies including plants and office premises. 6. Upgradation /Modification of existing security & Fire systems/technology to meet latest requirements. 7. To receive timely information and take appropriate action to mitigate any exigency situation. 8. Set up and maintain command control systems at plants and Head Office for real time monitoring of plants and offices
