Lead Civil Execution at Site Level.

- Finalisation of Civil Vendors and Scope.

- Finalisation Of Civil Work Orders to be allocated to vendors with time lines and penal clauses.

- Negotiate Work Contracts and finalise them accordingly.

- Ensure Civil Work is executed at Plant level with complete adherence to designs and approved drawings.

- Civil Execution towards Thermal Projects are mandatory

- Ensure that scope of work and timelines, cost and quality parameters are defined.

- Ensure Complete Coordination with Project team at site location
