SAEL - Chief Operating Officer - Biomass Division - IIT/NIT

1. Position of COO for Biomass division at M/S Sukhbir Agro Energy Limited carries with its high responsibilities and status. The COO will be heading the division at the corporate office and reporting to Director/MD / board.

2. The position of COO would carry following responsibilities:

a. Implementation and execution of new biomass projects.

b. Supervision and monitoring of existing/ongoing biomass projects,

c. To look after administration of existing, ongoing/under implementation biomass projects and related sections of Biomass division at head office.

d. To ensure coordination among various sections relating to the biomass projects at Head Office.

e. Business Development of biomass division.

f. To operate biomass division as an independent profit generation center.

g. To explore new technologies for upcoming biomass plants and up gradation and modernization of existing bio mass plants.

3. Educational qualification

a. He should have at least passed degree course of B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with consistently good academic record from IIT/NIT/Govt. institutions/Institute belonging to well-known group

b. MBA from well-known/reputed institute.

4. Age

He should be at least 45 years of age

5. Experience

The candidate should have experience in Operating captive power generation,

Setting up/running (Thermal/biomass)
