Saciva - Manager - Sales

- Manage and lead entire sales activities associated with identifying, contacting, qualifying and closing new prospects for Saciva

- Perform market research, email and telephone campaigns to drive lead generation

- Evaluating potential customer goals and needs; preparing sales call and escalation guidelines and making sales presentations

- Follow-up existing and new clients

- Maintain Database and validate the same

- Perform Geography wise research and identify appropriate channels for tapping more clients

- Conduct regular Sales meeting and present weekly and monthly progress, identify opportunities, threats and provide best of solutions

- Proven experience with at least 5 years of Sales/Customer Relations experience with excellent track record in service industry

- Experience in email campaigning, prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations and specifically a track record of building brand new business relationships

- Must have the ability to prioritize assignments & work with limited supervision and ability to motivate and lead by example

- Having thorough knowledge in planning and executing sales model

- Good understanding of recruiting and sales processes and demonstrated ability to grow future business is essential

- Create weekly call report representing efforts completed showing the number of calls conducted along with the potential outcome and next steps initiated for business opportunities.

- Exceptional consultative selling skills

- Savvy with respect to technology and emerging trends

- Honest, trustworthy, loyal and the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships

- Proficient in creating, analyzing and applying reports or data to execute on initiatives

- Great communication skills both verbally and in writing

- Entrepreneurial spirit and esteemed business acumen

- Possess a good understanding of various service industries such as property management and healthcare

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills, fluency in Tamil a plus

- Network with local and international businesses and community

- Experience in MS Office products
