- As a product owner, owns and accountable for clearly expressed, single source of truth of requirements, the product backlog. Prioritize the stories, and optimize the value addition to the product by each sprint. Provides the needed support to the product marketing on product vision, market research and any needed comparative and competitive analysis. Technically savvy to research on logs and other system artifacts to gather data and meaningfully draw inferences.

- Product Owner will liaison closely with the Scrum team both located in Bangalore and US, and with various business stakeholders to define, prioritize and validate business requirements. The Product Owner would be responsible for translating product roadmap into manageable product backlog, in addition to communicating and negotiating schedule, scope and priorities with product stakeholders.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelor Degree required, Master's Degree highly preferred.

Required Experience:

- 14+ years of experience in work as Product Owner or Business Analyst or Product Manager or equivalent role

- Excellent understanding of the Agile Development Processes and Enterprise Processes

- Strong acumen in assessing business drivers, measure and monitor key business metrics.

- Working experience in prioritization, defining acceptance criteria for functional requirements.

- Appreciation of User Experience and general product usability

- Ability to gather and track requirements for complex software project, supported by proven track record of previous projects

- Experience in writing User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria

- Analytic thinking and writing - ability to ask the right questions and document the answers clearly

- Very good teamwork, learning, and interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate with people from different cultures

- Good communicator and eager learner

- Proactive, independent, engaged and inspiring those qualities in others

- Advanced computer software skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exercises independent judgment

- Demonstrates broad knowledge of the functional area

- Any experience in the Hotels and Hospitality Domain is a plus

- Exposure to Agile tools such as Rally is a plus.
