Head Of Sales and Business Development - We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to contribute to our company's objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. - As a Head of Sales and Business Development, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. - Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A REGULAR BASIS (RESPONSIBILITIES): - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company. - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts - Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts - Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities - Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board - Report directly to the CEO. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS): - Proven work experience in a senior Sales and Business Development role. - Experience of creating and managing channel sales. - Experience in working with Banks as channel partner will be highly preferable. - Experience of working with a bootstrapped startup will be highly preferable. - Experience in managing a high-performance sales team. - Experience in driving super linear growth in the current organization. - Experience in setting up process, Standard Operating Procedures and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics. - Extensive experience in B2B sales. - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills - Strong communication and team management skills - Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude - Availability to travel all over India - Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field EXPERIENCE: 12 years and above
