We are looking for a Manufacturing Development Manager for one of our breweries at Gwalior, MP.  Position Summary:   To facilitate and guide the effective implementation of SABMiller Manufacturing Ways & to track progress through Global Evaluation of Manufacturing (GEMS) in order to achieve - best practice- and improved performance in manufacturing  Qualification:   - B. E./ B. Tech./ M. Tech. (Industrial Engineering, Operations, Process Engineering etc.)  Work Experience:   - 5+ years of experience in TPM/ Lean Manufacturing/ implementation of WCM programme in FMCG/ Alcobev/ F&B/ Manufacturing organisations. Candidates with Green/ Black Six Sigma belt will be preferred  Job Responsibility:   Lead, facilitate and co-ordinate the implementation of the manufacturing way:  - Lead the application of the manufacturing way principles and practices to deliver improved performance in manufacturing  - Train & guide employees in the application of the manufacturing way principles and practices.  - Lead, facilitate and co-ordinate teams in the application of focused improvement tools & processes.  - Ensure continuous improvement of WCM practices and share the lessons learned.  - Design and develop new tools and / or practices to improve the application of the manufacturing way.  Facilitate manufacturing way compliance and evaluation of WCM maturity and effectiveness using the Global Evaluation of Manufacturing (GEM):  - Ensure implementers of the manufacturing way are fully conversant with the manufacturing way and Global Evaluation of Manufacturing (GEM).  - Conduct and moderate regular assessments using the GEM to assess department / plant maturity in the manufacturing way practices.  - Facilitate & guide action plans progress to manufacturing way maturity and effectiveness  - Preserve the integrity of the manufacturing way
