Responsibilities You'll Shoulder

- Understanding hiring needs and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

- Source potential candidates through job portals, references etc (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

- Schedule interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and virtual interviews

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.

- Assess candidates' information including C.Vs., portfolios and references.

Skills You'll Need

- Experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role.

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

- Preferably from Start Up Eco System/ Consultancy background)

- Ability to multi-task effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management

- 2-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
