Role & Responsibilities :

- Min 4 years of experience working in a B2B SAAS, Startup or an Agency environment

- Hands-on expertise in executing PPC campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Video, Native & programmatic advertising channels

- Ability to read & analyze data from a business point of view

- In-depth expertise in configuring & managing pixel codes, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

- In-depth expertise in using tools across keyword research, audience identification, publishers, automation, analytics, heatmaps, visitor recordings & reporting dashboards

- Ability to partner with in-house content marketing & copywriting team to create assets that will drive up key KPIs in campaigns

- Ability to optimize ad creative and landing pages that drive meaningful conversion rate improvements

- Ability to manage relationships with third party agencies, ad networks, and other service providers/vendors

- Proven experience in analyzing large volumes of data & deriving insights

- Ability to keep a keen eye on competition & the industry

- Proven experience in scaling campaigns and handling budgets upwards of USD 1Million in a quarter

- Experience working with HubSpot & Salesforce stack would be added advantage

- Keep abreast of trends, channel updates, industry trends and best practices
