Position Summary:

Saarthee is seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager who will work on developing and maintaining portfolio of partners and be responsible to scale the collaboration to drive partner pipeline , accelerate sales cycles and create go-to-market activities that bring new clients to Saarthee. This key position will play an important role in driving the go-to-market strategy (GTM) for Saarthee.

As a representative for Saarthee, you will be involved in all aspects of relationship management between Saarthee and our partners. You will build the business plans, lead the GTM sales play with the partners that create demand, and influence the adoption of Saarthee by our prospects.

Additionally, you will work very closely with our Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Ops, Partner, and

Marketing teams to develop and launch co-selling motions with Partners. You will be an expert in the opportunities that are available to Saarthee as part of this partnership and will use your strategic mindset to prioritize and execute engagements that align with our company's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and deepening technology partnerrelationships, demonstrated successfully leading cross-functional Go To Market initiatives, as well as proven outcomes resulting in revenue generation. Our ideal candidate is comfortable exploring newtechnology solutions and comfortable using networking and sales and relationship skills to develop relationships for gaining commitment and adoption of Saarthee's solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on the company's strategic objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to assess partnership potential and competitive landscape. Develop a pipeline of potential alliance partners.

- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers at partner organizations. Foster open lines of communication and serve as the main point of contact for all alliance-related activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align objectives and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead the negotiation process with prospective partners, including structuring agreements, defining key terms, and ensuring alignment between parties.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize partnership contracts and agreements.

- Partnership Execution: Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring successful execution of joint marketing campaigns, co-branded activities, and other mutually beneficial projects. Monitor and track partnership performance against defined metrics and KPIs.

- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on partnership initiatives. Evaluate the impact of alliances on business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization and growth.

- Industry and Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks that could impact partnership strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.

Requirement:

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field. Prior experience in corporate alliances within a similar industry is preferred.

- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically about partnership opportunities in line with company objectives. Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate potential partnerships that drive business growth.

- Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating complex partnership agreements. Ability to balance the needs and priorities of multiple stakeholders while driving win-win outcomes.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
