Your purpose will be to strategically partner with global clients, ensuring that they can hire the right talent as quickly as possible. You will be an expert at sourcing top talent in the Digital Transformation, Design(UX, CX, UI) and Digital Engineering segments and have a keen eye for continuous improvement. You must be self-driven and committed to enabling exceptional experiences and career journeys for both candidates and your clients. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of our Digital Transformation practice, which focuses on building industry-leading Digital Transformation teams for global clients. Responsibilities : - You will manage the end to end recruitment process and become the trusted advisor and subject matter expert around leadership and mid-to-senior Digital and Tech talent sourcing effectiveness. - Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future requirements. - Select and present the most suitable candidates to meet client requirements - build strong engagement with both clients and candidates during the assignment. - Driving the Digital talent agenda for the client, the incumbent will be the single point of accountability for the stakeholders, responsible for ensuring quality oriented, efficient, and cost-effective talent delivery for the business. - Diagnose, develop and implement recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy. - Source candidates through a combination of channels such as internal candidate database, headhunting, professional network, referrals, social media etc. - Navigate the complete recruitment cycle for clients and realize successful outcomes. - Manage and keep current Recruiting Dashboard including candidate pipeline, status and tracking of communication flow, etc. - Develop sustainable relationships by being a main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Qualifications : - 3 to 6 years of experience with a leading Executive Search firm/Recruitment agency. - Experience in Leadership, Technology hiring at C and C-1 level is good to have. - Should have a deep understanding of the complete recruiting process including sourcing, networking. - Ability to pitch potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner. - The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the client. - Conscientious and goal-oriented individual.
