S2Pay - Head - Product Marketing - West

Payments industry in India and globally is undergoing fast-paced changes owing to new products driven through innovations in technology and bias towards industry participants to adopt these new changes.

S2Pay is a new-age startup in the financial technology domain that is working on developing a patented mobile-based payments solution enabling banks/wallet providers to leverage online electronic source of funds to be used to pay in the physical world through any mobile device. The company is currently working with banks (including payment banks) and other financial institutions in the retail payment space to deploy a secure online-to-offline payment eco-system.

S2Pay is presently looking to hire energetic, passionate individuals for the role of Head of Product Marketing (West).

The role will be responsible for :

- Marketing of the payment technology to targeted customer set in the region. Targeted set would include private/public sector banks, digital wallet providers etc in the Western Region that includes the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra.

- Complete product and business development cycle starting from initiation of product discussion with the right stakeholders in the target customer set to implementation and program scale-up

- To liaise with all key external and internal stakeholders for all prospective and implemented programs in the western region. For programs under implementation, he/she would be responsible for project management and delivery of the implementation within scheduled time-frame.

- Deliver revenue and revenue growth targets for the region

- Manage the identified bank / FI Relationship on an on-going basis

- Evaluate strategic growth opportunities and fast track new initiatives resulting in new revenues for the company

Following qualifications are required :

- MBA from a premier institute

- 4 to 6 six years of work experience in the payments industry (banks, BFSI technology providers, program managers, third party processors, card networks, payment aggregators etc)

- Should have worked in customer-facing roles (product, business development, marketing, account management, customer engagement )

- Passion to learn and innovate in the core and emerging digital payments space

- Project Management expertise and demonstrated ability to drive results

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to manage strong, positive relationships with professionals at all levels within various business partner organizations - both internal and external

- Ability to drive key initiatives from concept to delivery

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Self starter with ability to work independently with little guidance
