S-Ancial - Lead Analyst - Investor Relations

You're the star Lead Analyst - Investor Relations, who would advise client companies on sharpening their Investor Relations programs and Buy side/Sell side outreach.

Your strategies will have an impact on the market valuations of the companies.

You will advise clients on framing their IR strategy and will include how to efficiently utilize the ExchangeConnect platform's robust analytical tools aided with in-depth ownership analysis, optimal investor targeting and other customised inputs.

You will evaluate the company disclosures to enhance them in order to make them more useful for the institutional investors by making the documents more effective, efficient and aesthetically pleasing.

You're the face to the client and your success is dependent on some key attributes related to market understanding and senior level interactions:

- The value you can add to the C-suite executives of a company,

- Your holistic thinking backed with solid execution to the investment ecosystem,

- Your understanding of the investment thesis and value drivers for a stock

- Your effective communication with capital markets ecosystem including Buy-side/Sell-side.

The Key Deliverables:

- Develop a differentiated and robust investor relations strategy based on a solid framework

- Work on understanding the company and its business drivers

- Working on company disclosures like Investor Presentations and Annual reports

- Understanding the competitive landscape and conducting peer analysis for the company

- Responsibility for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls

- Speaking to fund managers/buy-side analysts and keeping them up-to-date on coverage

- Poise and maturity to handle C-suite relationships and develop an ability to add value to them

Preferred Experience & Skill Sets:

- MBA/PGDM and preferably, with specialisation in Finance

- 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations/Capital Markets or Buy-Side/Sell-Side Research

- Technology savvy candidates along with Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets

- Thorough understanding of key metrics for companies

- Keen interest in the business drivers and investing fundamentals

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
