Rysecamp - Community Leader - Byte Learning

Rysecamp is the first short-form learning app in India, allowing users to go through 30 mins courses + 30 mins workshops in the form of easy, fun bytes. Rysecamp has a strong community model, through which it forms communities in campuses, corporates, and relevant user groups, systematically guiding users through the journey of trial to adoption.

The Community Leader would head the community vertical in Rysecamp, helping Rysecamp establish micro-communities across campuses, corporates, and relevant user groups (already present in 80+ campuses, this presence will be doubled).

1. Work with community associates+interns to establish and maintain 50+ community groups.

2. Work closely with the founder, content leader and tech leader on setting up our byte-sized workshops model.

3. Help our user base stay in touch with Rysecamp and its ability to deliver quality short-form courses on its platform.

4. Work closely with other leaders on Rysecamp's outreach and community growth strategy.

The role can evolve into a larger marketing leadership role in the next 12 months.
