Campaign Management
- Will be responsible for Conceptualization, Creation and execution of email and SMS Campaigns
- Tracking the effectiveness of the campaigns on a timely basis
Reporting the results of campaigns and impact on Business
Operations :
- Monitor in-store operations of the program
- Create & Execute new processes at the store
- Ensure process compliance
Analytics :
- Pre-campaign data and Post campaign analysis to be reported based on inputs from the Analytics team
- New insights and campaign opportunities to be created in consultation with Analytics team
- Measure incremental sales generated through campaigns
Drive Enrolments / Acquisition :
- Set Enrolment targets for the stores
- Create the Joining pack with benefits which enable sales of the loyalty card
- Track and report Enrolments regularly
Drive Retention:
- Identify ways to improve member retention
- Defining the loyalty/engagement strategy
Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA
