RVM Foundation - Mall Head - Mall Operations(Only Independent & Single women)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation.

- Discuss with the Mall team regarding developing of sales and leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.

- Ensure proper tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall.

- Should have good understanding of mall operations and associated policies and procedures

- Should have good understanding of mall marketing, advertisement and promotion.

- Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants through the team members and to ensure continued and future business.

- To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and monitor performance against budget.

- Ensure that the food court, shops are running smoothly.

- To set the responsibilities and goals for the whole team.

- Develop and implement approved procedures and systems across all mall functions to ensure smooth co-ordination / co-operation among various internal departments to facilitate business needs and deliver positive customer and tenant experiences.

- Ensure that all legal procedures are followed with respect to mall operations and tenant interactions.

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

- Ensure that all steps are taken to improve customer services inside the mall.

- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Other Details:

- Minimum 4 years of experience.

- 12 hours a day.

- 6 days a week.

- Salary not a constraint for a good candidate
