Job brief :

- Creating and executing digital marketing plans for acquiring new customers and engaging with existing ones

- Leading & managing campaigns across various media - Facebook, Google Adwords, Self-serve networks and affiliates

- Developing customer segmentation and behavioural insights to optimise campaigns

- End to end execution of campaigns & performance analysis

- Executing tests, collecting & analysing data, and identifying trends in order to achieve maximum ROI/ROAS in paid campaigns

- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

- Providing data and analytics inputs for Rustorange's proprietary production and inventory optimisation algorithm

Key requirements:

- Graduation from Tier 1 engineering / science / economics colleges - IITs / NITs / DTU / NSIT / St. Stephens / SRCC / Hindu

- 1 to 3 years of experience in running ROAS focused campaigns across Facebook and Google ad platforms

- Love for numbers, analytics and all things data.

- Work experience with a digital brand would be an added advantage
