The vision to embark on this journey arose from a conversation with a sponsor during a college fest at IIT Delhi, where in the middle of all the "deliverable checklist" conversations came an understanding that current day advertising is a push business happening at the cost of entertainment. There just had to be a way to make both work, and 7 years later, we, at Rusk with our customer-first mindset and branded content we've delivered value to advertisers across the nations' length.

We deliver fiction entertainment via our products across the advertiser led (AVOD/free content) and subscriber led (SVOD/OTT) landscape. Check out Alright, Binge, LIT, Hattke on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. You can also sneak a peek into our work on OTTs like Amazon MiniTV, MX Player, Hotstar.

We're looking for creators to build content, IPs with an impact. Our operations as a content studio aims to create ground breaking content at the same time provide brand with solutions that grow their businesses.

Our Next step in building full stack entertainment takes us to the Gaming space, where were looking to develop our own Play to Win platforms. Looking to recruit the initial set of people for the new vertical being set up in the organization.

Role:

Talent Acquisition Manager - Technical Recruitment, Rusk Media (Vacancy - 1)

Searching for suitable candidates to create digital solutions with our branded content team for the organization and take care of the final output quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow the Tech Team at Rusk, be responsible for onboarding resources that will shape up the Gaming Team at Rusk

2. Build scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all

3. Work on ensuring Hiring Timelines and healthy pipeline of quality candidates

4. Devise innovative ways to build and grow the Rusk Media brand

5. Build pipeline internally, through agencies/consultants

6. Ensure hiring budgets are conserved and allocated accordingly

7. Be a part of the entire end to end recruitment and team structuring cycle

8. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing JDs, posting jobs, and managing the hiring process

9. Develop training and development programs, Assist in performance management processes

10. Be up to date with the Industry wide hiring processes and success factors to improve effectiveness of hiring process.

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience of 5+ years as TA Specialist/Manager for Internet/Mobile/Computer/Console based Gaming Companies

2. Technical capability to hire Software Developers/Coders/Ui-UX Designers

3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases- Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills

4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

5. Post Graduate in Human Resources from top tier institutes

6. Adequately equipped with the Hiring Platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs etc.
