Team Description Revenue Team The Revenue Team focusses attention on realizing monetization opportunities for the organization. As our ambassadors to the business community outside, the team members strive to make Rusk Media a preferred partner for our clients. The team always builds value by ensuring that the clients get tailored experience for a long lasting relationship.

Job Description Responsibilities:

- Were in the business of selling concepts and wed love for you to have the ability to tell great stories, telling and selling stories to clients.

- You will be expected to understand the digital ecosystem, be abreast with industry analytics and trends.

- You will be driving initiatives to maintain a healthy sales pipeline through extensive market coverage and incubating new business development opportunities.

- You will focus on maximizing revenue potential with the clients/agencies, leverage relationships to secure market intelligence

- You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision, establishing Rusk as a premium destination for digital spends.

- In this role, you will work with the sales strategy team, client team for delivery of your long-term deals.

- Operating Q-O-Q to keep revenue achievements in line with revenue targets.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in digital media agency / digital ad sales/ consumer internet industry

Preferred Qualification:

- MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes

- Preferred Experience: Worked with any of the Top 5 Media Houses in India

- Understanding of Media Agencys way of working/ principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage

Behavioral Competencies:

- Should be both a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets

- Concise yet inspiring communicator

- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations
