Urgent Hiring for Rural - Legal Head

- Initiate Section 138/Section 9 / Section 420 etc. for default cases and coordinate with the advocates on progress

- Arrange for Lok Adalat for quick settlement of cases

- Interact with select advocates across locations for out of court settlement with default customers

- Handle all cases arising out of repossession and resale

- Keep updating the team with all legal developments to ensure that we are on track

- Person should have experience or expose in rural financing or agricultural financing.

- Should have handle cases in rural or agricultural financing or micro financing.
