Rupyo has been growing lean for the past 6 months and is now building its core team to accelerate growth. We are looking for someone who is experienced in Business Development and who will be responsible for establishing Rupyo as a solution for Employers to control attrition and empower employee wellness. She/He will be setting up the sales processes, laying the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process. The goal is to increase visibility for Rupyo's product amongst the HR community and bring forth the benefits Rupyo can offer to their employees and ultimately their organization. Core Responsibilities - Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors' behavior. - Work in sync with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products. - Understand customer needs and make sales presentations. - Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends. - Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams. - Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops. - Work on building and maintaining an actionable Sales pipeline of potential customers - Build lasting relationships with potential customers. - Assist our Growth team to schedule meetings with potential customers. - Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time. Qualifications 3 - 6 years of experience in Business Development (Corporate Sales) and/or on-ground product launch and operations management in growth stage startups. Fintech/HRMS/SaaS experience will be preferred. Proven experience in B2B/Corporate Operations, with considerable knowledge of financial products and the fintech/human resources ecosystem. Track record of formulating, implementing and leading operational processes in the past and must possess an entrepreneurial mindset in order to build client relationships to improve the product. Must have strong communication and conflict management skills with the ability to lead teams. Capable of engaging with CXO's/CHRO's of large corporations. Existing relationships with CHRO's will be an added advantage.
