Collaborate with distributors to negotiate and secure sustainable, profitable agreements. 2. Drive Business: Establish metrics to measure process success and refine workflows based on feedback. 3. Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on RSM/ASM level engagement. 4. Solution Crafting: Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and deliver customized solutions for improved customer experience. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to facilitate agreements and implement solutions. 6. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, sharing insights to enhance offerings. 7.
