In House Legal Counsel - FinTech About the Role : Responsibilities of the In-House Legal Counsel : - Give accurate legal direction to the office staff on all matters that influence the organization. - Deal with the compliance, risk management for in-house counsel and other legal administrators groups. - Attend official level meetings identified with the future aspect of the organization. - Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making - Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc. - Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company's legal function Qualifications for In-House Legal Counsel : - Qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Council of India with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience - Prior in-house legal experience working in a fast-paced organization. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment. - Must be enthusiastic and enjoy the hustle of a start-up.
