- Financial controller - money flow, reconciliation and dispute management with the other stakeholders (banks, network, TSP and customer) - Oversee the Accounting function - audit, P&L and so on - Manage investor relations - MIS preparation, Financial statements and support in future fund-raises - Oversee other administerial functions - payroll, expenses, audits and statutory requirements - Ideally has worked in a Big 4, or a reputed start-up or a bank (HDFC, Kotak, ICICI, Indusind, Yes Bank etc.) in a similar role for 3-4 years - Should be willing to build things from scratch, work in an unstructured environment and manage daily operational challenges and with an analytical bent of mind
