Roles & Responsibility :
- Candidates core job responsibilities includes new customer acquisitions and developing new strategic initiatives to catalyse the growth.
- Drive the sales function to multi-fold revenues. Will be working closely with the senior management in executing the strategies successfully.
- Strategic thinking & execution. Ability to develop sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute on complex opportunities
- Understand complex customer requirements on both business and technical level
- Stay sharp and assist the product team in delivering value to customers
- Proven success in closing complex deals and technical understanding of software and commercial requirements.
Preferred Candidate :
- Qualification : Any graduate, MBA will be given preference
- Experience : 3-8 years in B2B sales, at least 2 years in payment platforms
- Excellent Communicator. Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations and has the ability, characteristics, and determination to compete effectively against skilled and diverse competition.
