Job Description :
Role :
- Build foundation for Leadership Hiring at Rupeek
- Partner closely with Senior Leaders to get a clear view on their strategic hiring needs
- Devise and carry out a targeted search strategies - Engaging Consultants vs Self Sourcing through recruitment portals, personal and extended networks etc
- Define and set hiring process for all leadership roles
- Responsible for end to end recruitment activities for Senior Director and above roles across verticals (including CXO)
Skills :
- Proven working experience in leadership recruiting
- Client focus along with relationship building skills
- Business acumen and market insight
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
Requirements :
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Someone who's worked for a recruitment consultancy and built foundation in sourcing and candidate management
- After consultancy moved to corporate side as a senior/leadership recruiter
- Confident and Structured
- Excellent communication
