Your Role:

As the Associate Director in the Central Sales team at Rupeek Gold Loans, you will own P&L for affiliate channels and drive 10x growth.

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing partnerships, improving conversion funnels that align with our business objectives, ultimately driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, strong negotiation skills, working with both internal/ external stakeholders and a passion for building and maintaining long-term business relationships

Responsibilities:

- Affiliate Partnerships Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for affiliate partnerships to acquire leads from external sources, aligning with the overall business objectives.

- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with affiliate networks, publishers, and data providers to expand the lead acquisition network. Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliates, including data quality, conversion, volume, and profitability. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize conversion.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as inside sales, legal, data science, marketing, and tech, to provide feedback to improve conversion funnel

- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on affiliate partnership performance, including KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Present findings to senior management and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as the main point of contact. Provide ongoing support, resolve any issues, and ensure partners are motivated and engaged.

- Industry Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and developments in data buying and affiliate marketing. Identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential partnerships to stay competitive in the market.

Key Skills And Qualifications:

- Minimum 6-7 years of work experience, fintech experience preferred

- MBA from Tier 1 B-School

- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing affiliate partnerships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize performance.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Familiarity with gold loans or financial services is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and trends is a plus
