About Role : - Monitor daily / weekly demand funnel and drive improvements cross-functionally to improve funnel shape - Identify new initiatives for growth - Program manage growth initiatives cross-functionally and set up experimentation and tracking - Conduct consumer research to improve experimentation through market insights - Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence across functions.
