Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Be a critical part of the expansion team in planning and roll out of new cities basis expansion plan 2. Independently lead launch of new cities within timelines and budget 3. Deliver on the expansion playbook 4. Deliver on key milestones as part of expansion plan 5. Be a part of the journey including recce- plan- build- operate- transfer for new cities 6. Drive hiring requirements, including key roles like city head positions for all verticals 7. Drive initial resourcing, set- up, training, soft launch, go live, initial demand generation and demand fulfillment 8. Drive lender integration in the new cities 9. Work with internal and external stakeholders on demand from soft launch through launch, process stabilization, periodic reviews, preliminary process audit, preliminary collateral audit, etc. 10. Share local insights with management team for product & process level iterations Preferred Skills: 1. Experience in handling multiple stakeholder 2. Ability to work in stiff timeline projects 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to take right business decisions 4. Excellent program management skills Experience/Qualification: 1. Start- up experience with new cities/new products launches or part of early journey preferred 2. Experience in handling central programs or initiatives 3. Hunger and hustle mandatory 4. Engineering graduate from top institute
