Role: - Strategize growth of the customers/leads by using a combination of digital marketing, BTL activations, on platform interventions - Analysing the effectiveness of marketing spend across channels, marketing ROI framework and analysis, demand funnel, and optimization - Responsible for breaking down company targets into realistic plans and targets on the demand front and take ownership of tracking results. - Deriving quantitative insights from customer surveys, on platform behavior, customer care feedback. - Understanding customer cohorts and usage patterns. Skills: - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of statistics and attention to detail - Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data - Knowledge of statistical tools like Excel, R, Hive/SQL, any visualization tool (MSTR, Tableau etc) - Basic understanding of algorithms for predictive modeling, clustering and forecasting Persona: - 3 to 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Data scientist or related profiles - B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech. Graduate from premier institutes - Experience with planning and forecasting - Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision. - Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
