Job Description : - To conceptualize and drive marketing programs specifically designed from the perspective of driving growth and a consistent brand experience throughout the funnel as well as building brand visibility &amp; preference in existing and new cities - Develop and drive growth marketing programs like Referral, City turnarounds, Scheme construct experiments, Consumer Lifecycle communication consistency &amp; interventions, etc in conjunction with growth and category teams - Develop and drive insight driven growth marketing programs like improving pick-up rates, SMS response rates, etc with growth teams - Developing and driving new city launch playbooks with extensive on-ground experimentation - Developing and deepening brand alliances and partnerships along with the growth teams - Extensive know-how and hands-on experience in getting business/category/marketing programs executed on-ground through internal stakeholders and external partners.
