Building and deploying effective policies, processes and controls across various technologies, systems, applications and business operations in the enterprise. Role: - Design a robust cyber and IT security roadmap for Rupeek in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Own and drive the implementation of the proposed working closely with the stakeholder's risk, compliance and technology teams - Liasoning with industry experts and agencies for expert advice and guidance in policy design, planning, and execution - Drive Rupeek towards getting ISO certifications including by not limited to IS027001, ISO27701 etc - Ensure compliance towards such ISO standards by conducting regular audits with help external subject matters experts Skills : - Must have designed &amp; implemented roadmap for ISO 27001 (ISMS) - Experience in ISO certifications and dealing with ISO auditors - Experience in working with Big 4 consulting firms/expert agencies for implementation of Cyber and IT security framework - People management Skills and Stakeholder management skills. Persona : - 8-10 years of experience in Cyber and IT security implementations at Fintech/Ecommerce/Audit firms / Bank/NBFC and Cyber Security firms (High growth phase) - Strong knowledge of and experience in security requirements, standards and practices including ISO standards
