About the Role: - Stakeholder alignment and communication with the central leadership of the Banks/NBFCs with an objective to fully own the account Regular engagement with different functions of the Banks such as Business, Risk, Legal and Marketing - Initiate short-term/long-term initiatives from strategic perspectives in partnerships with the Banks - Plan programs across internal and external stakeholders in order to drive assigned key metrics - Have the ability to execute programs within deadline through prioritization, planning, stakeholder management and detailing out of initiatives - Problem solving blockers through design thinking as well as escalations Location - Bangalore
