Job Description: - Work with WFM team members to ensure resourcing, telephony &amp; campaign requirements are met - Design &amp; deploy systems to forecast manpower, ensure sufficient staffing to achieve business targets at all times, across all cities and centers - Work with data analytics to run the right data across geographies &amp; teams to achieve business &nbsp;targets - Work with IT team to ensure correct configuration of telephony infra - Coordinating with the business for ad-hoc activities to be conducted on mass level. e.g. Training &nbsp;for Newly launched Products, Projects of different types, BCP(Business Continuity Process) Skills: - Structured thinking &amp; planning - Good on data interpretation - Expert in Managing Service Level and controlling Leakages - Strategizing and driving execution of new projects Persona: 5 Yrs+ in WFM &amp; command center management - Should have worked in a large cc set up, with complex sales process - Should have exposure to sales processes
