Role:

- We have multiple business units that deliver value for Rupeek. This role envisages full analytics and business ownership for one such business unit.

- This sits at the confluence of business delivery, driving efficiency and creating long term process changes that improves the overall funnel shape while improving the customer experience. You would have to work with the business unit to implement and track changes, and would be responsible for the business generated from the same.

- This role is heavy on analytics, cross functional coordination and gives you the freedom to envision changes and see them to completion.

- We are looking for individuals with a strong appetite for unsolved problems, an ability to thrive in uncertainty and the drive to help build Rupeek into one of India's strongest financial institutions.

- We invite candidates with strong academic pedigree, and experience with managing funnels and some operational experience. You will be solving problems in unlocking non-linear growth. You will combine problem solving, data analytics, customer insights, project management and drive execution of new initiatives.

Their typical career trajectory has been to senior leadership roles across Product management and in Business verticals across Sales, Business development, Category management, Growth and Revenue delivery and Customer experience.

Your Role:

- Monitor daily / weekly conversion funnel and drive improvements to improve funnel shape

- Program manage growth initiatives cross-functionally and set up experimentation and tracking

- Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence across functions.

- Improve sales effectiveness by using data backed insights

- Problem solving for improving sales efficiency.

Key Skills:

- Resourceful and strategic thinker with strong problem solving capability

- Strong data interpretation, pattern recognition to diagnose business problems and root causes

- Entrepreneurial drive, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity

- Humble, dig-in, and deliver approach with strong executive presence

- Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal; an ability to influence people across levels, both internal and external
