Rupeek - Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

1. Banking / NBFC Experience is a must

2. Perform monthly/quarterly/year end financial closing activity in close co-ordination with the business teams (and other internal teams)

3. Perform financial reporting and responsible for monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts

4. Closely monitor and control Capex and Opex budget for the company

5. Conduct review of books of account/documents/Loan management system; in order to ensure effective finance and cost management with compliance to all applicable laws.

6. Measuring and monitoring of metrics/KPIs

7. Demonstrate appropriate understanding and working knowledge of accounting principles, direct and indirect taxation, company law and RBI regulations

8. Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented and operating as intended

9. Facilitating in the fund raising activity of the company

10. Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders (including Auditors)

11. Participate in recruiting efforts; continually raising the bar.
