The role reports to Head of Business Objectives - Own Growth in transactions and Disbursals by working across teams in the Organisation - Jointly own new customer acquisition target for each time period along with the Category and marketing teams - Continuously brainstorm with peers across functions and within the team to identify non-linear opportunities for growth - Support cost efficiency (in demand conversion and fulfilment) and customer experience as key guardrails while achieving business volumes - Support experimentation and introduction of new campaigns / product / processes - Build and groom a talented team of analysts and managers who can support the growth of the business, while continuously automating, dashboarding and optimising existing processes to operate with high leverage Operating approach - Plan Annual, Quarterly and Monthly targets bottom-up against the top-down targets provided by Finance / Top management - Work cross-functionally with all teams to identify gaps between top down and bottom up targets, identify levers that can help bridge the gaps towards finalising the - minimum commitment- and - aspirational- targets - Work closely with the lead generation / top of funnel teams (Brand, Marketing, Category, Affiliates) to plan for source-wise volume and cost of leads; continuously provide feedback to them on quality of leads basis conversion potential and influence selection of better quality customers / leads or design better product / brand proposition to help convert the customers - Manage mid and bottom funnel at a daily, weekly and monthly level, identifying weaknesses and working with relevant fulfilment teams - inside-sales, field-sales and operations, to resolve them Skills /Persona - Highly analytical and strong on first-principles problem solving - Strong operating rigour and detail orientation - Proven track record of managing fast paced growth and scaling in a technology led business - Appreciation for demand conversion funnels, impact of multiple factors on demand conversion and ability to isolate signal from noise - Crisp and sharp articulation - Influence internal and external stakeholders and ability to rally cross-functional teams towards the Org goal Experience - 12+ years of industry experience, with 5-7 years of experience managing analytical / business teams to achieve revenue / growth goals - Engineering (preferable) + MBA (mandatory) from institutes of high academic pedigree - Stable stints of 2-3+ years with at least 2 companies - Worked at least in one tech-startup through a fast growth phase. - knowledge / experience in financial services desirable but not a must. - Consumer-facing industry a must.
