Designation : Manager, Growth

Job Description :

- Formulate and execute data-driven growth strategy through multiple channels

- Set and meet growth targets and navigate short-term and long-term sales cycles across channels of business they are responsible for

- Work closely with the channel teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, amidst dynamic business environment

- Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data driven experimentation

- Work closely with senior team members in formulation of strategy for their channels

- Work closely with channel team members in execution of strategy for their channels

- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances

Experience :

- Work experience of 2+ years in a non technical managerial role

- Hands on experience in marketing/startup is a plus

Qualifications/Desired Attributes:

- Education: NITs/Top State engineering college

- Excellent communication skill in English and Kannada

- High analytical & problem solving ability

- Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes

- Hustler with a go-getter attitude

- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities

- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
