Role:

- Develop a deep understanding of product & pricing frameworks

- Accurate projection of the expected future revenue (risk adjusted) from loans disbursed in any week/month

- Tracking the actual realization of the revenue (in cash) vs the projections and identify leading indicators for any deviations

- Build PnL projections & track

- Develop deep understanding of the various risks that could impact revenue and be able to have an exhaustive estimation of the risks (qualitative and quantitative)

- Launch initiatives to continuously improve revenue per transaction

Persona :

- CA with strong academic performance (not necessarily a rank holder)

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Good articleship experience

- Experience with BFSI and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is important

- Ability to define structured framework for planning & tracking
