Rupeek - Financial Analyst

Role:

- Audit and approve monthly Financial MIS Base data for Accounting purposes

- SPOC for Financial Audits to deliver data requests

- Cross-Validate Book vs Bank Reconciliation

- Daily updation and validation of transaction data manually & coding driven

- Streamline the Fund flow summary, Treasury Management and Team Capacity & Cost Predictions

- Validate data by building checker programs using SQL and Python

- Develop MIS Dashboards using Tableau

- Execute stock projects to track better KPIs

Skills:

Mandatory:

- Advanced Excel+Google sheet (Large Data Processing with complex conditional formulae are must know. Macros not required)

- Basic Python for Bulk Data processing & Financial Analysis (Should develop ETL programs to process bulk data)

- Basic Tableau Visualization tool for MIS Dashboards

- Audit Bank Reconciliation & Revenue Calculations

- Quick absorption of multi-stage business process and related data flow architecture to integrate manual data from numerous sources

Good to have:

- Basic SQL & Data management

Persona:

- Bachelor's in Commerce/Engineering with MBA(Finance preferred)

- +5Yrs experience in Bank Reconciliation/Financial Analysis/Data reconciliation

- Techno-functional proficiency to handle huge data and deliver insights

- Positive attitude to handle concurrent workload and work under pressured timelines

- Experience in Advisory to Leadership in identifying gaps for cost benefit management

- Prior Risk Analyst/Financial Audit experience ( Will act as SPOC for Loan Portfolio during Financial Audits)

- Good documentation and digital story telling skills.
