Role:
- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city(Tier1)
- Hire, monitor, manage and control attrition of a two-tier team of Team Leaders and Sales Manager.
- Owning and delivering targets for Various sales Channels
- Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team.
- He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales
- Has lead large teams in sales (50+ directly or indirectly), execution excellence in high volume delivery business
- Local Language proficiency and geography knowledge is preferable
Skills:
- Target-oriented sales team leader who is hands-on and drive sales discipline
- A data-driven approach to sales
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently
- Ability to identify problem statement and fix it.
