About the Role: - Design, develop and deploy project and program specific strategies. - Launch & lead experiments for new business models and set it up for success - Work in multi-threaded environment with stakeholders of top-leadership of Bank & Rupeek central team to drive initiatives - Have the ability to plan and execute programs within deadline & value with prioritization, planning and detailing out of initiatives.
